Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting products/services, and driving sales conversions while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make 70-100 outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication skills.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
Follow up on leads promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Handle customer queries and objections with professionalism.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum graduate degree (any stream).
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.




Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain customer trust.
Confidence in handling objections and closing deals.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling or telesales is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to ₹17,000 per month (performance-based incentives available).
