Location: VIP Road, Visakhapatnam
Timings: Full time (11:00 AM - 9:30 PM)
Salary: Based on experience + incentives
Weekends will be working and Weekday will holiday.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the play zone.
Supervise floor staff and maintain safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
Deliver excellent customer service — assist parents and kids with care and enthusiasm.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Support birthday parties, events, and special activities on the floor.
Promote membership plans, offers, and food combos to guests.
Maintain daily reports and coordinate with management.
Business Development: Support revenue growth by approaching schools for day-outs,
coordinating kids’ events and summer workshops, and assisting in planning and execution of institutional and group programs.
Inventory Management: Streamline, monitor, and regularly check inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment and avoid shortages.
