Perform preventive, Breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment and machines.

Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns of:
Laser cutting machines

Turret punch press

Hydraulic press and shearing machines

CNC lathes and conventional lathes

Pedestal and radial drills

Welding and spot welding machines

Milling machines

Press brake machines

Motors, scissor lifts, hand pallet trucks, and other utility equipment

Carry out machine inspections, lubrication, alignment, and servicing as per maintenance schedule.

Support installation, commissioning, and shifting of machines as required.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports on breakdowns, repairs, and spares consumption.

Coordinate with production and electrical teams to ensure mínimal downtime and maximum equipment efficiency.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a clean and organized workshop.

Suggest improvements for equipment reliability and maintenance practices.
