RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions and critical positions.
Collaborate with stakeholders on manpower planning and budgeted hiring
requirements.
Drive sourcing strategies through portals, referrals, campus hiring, and
talent mapping.
Monitor recruitment KPIs including hiring TAT, offer conversion ratio, and
joining percentages.
Support diversity hiring and succession planning initiatives.
HR Business Partnering
Partner with business leaders on workforce and employee-related matters.
Provide HR guidance on organizational changes, talent movement, and people
decisions.
Support manpower budgeting, headcount planning, and resource optimization.
Ensure implementation of HR policies and people practices.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation
processes.
Ensure employee data accuracy within HRMS systems.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance management, and employee perks
administration.




Drive process improvements to enhance employee experience.
Performance Management & Talent Development
Facilitate goal-setting and performance review processes.
Support talent review and succession planning exercises.
Coordinate leadership and capability development initiatives.
Identify training needs and partner with L&D; teams for capability
enhancement.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational events.
Implement recognition and reward programs.
Address employee concerns and facilitate timely resolution.
Promote Adani values and foster a positive work workplace.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable labor laws.
Maintain employee documentation and audit readiness.
Support statutory, internal, and external audit requirements.
