Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive calls to understand customer needs for loans and financial products.
Share details about interest rates, eligibility, and required documents.
Convert leads into customers by answering questions and resolving concerns.
Update customer details and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
Requirements:
Any graduate (B.Com preferred)
Valuable communication & soft skills
Basic understanding of financial products (preferred, not mandatory)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
