Job Summary - Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis.
Generate current business opportunities from both current and existing customer accounts.
Identify, qualify, and develop sales leads through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Manage and support complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
Build strong rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced sales workplace.
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to take on new challenges.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM).




Prior sales experience is an added advantage.
