Job Title: Therapy Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Perform tissue processing and cell separation as per established laboratory protocols.
Assist surgeons during treatment/therapy procedures in OT or clinical settings.
Plan and set up specified procedures, ensuring all materials and equipment are prepared in advance.
Coordinate with patients regarding therapy schedules, documentation, and follow-ups.
Maintain proper documentation and administrative records.
Monitor, maintain, and manage inventory of lab consumables and medical equipment.
Ensure proper sterilization and compliance with healthcare safety standards.
Meet and coordinate with healthcare professionals to explain therapy processes and provide technical support.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
M.Pharm
M.Sc.



in Biotechnology / Microbiology / Life Sciences
Freshers with strong technical knowledge may apply.
Prior experience in tissue processing, stem cell handling, or clinical support will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and aseptic handling.
Valuable understanding of clinical procedures and healthcare protocols.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in OT and clinical environments.
Good documentation and administrative abilities.
Willingness to travel (if required).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
