Role Overview:

 Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.

 Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.

 Conduct employee induction, orientation, and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

 Maintain employee records,



personnel files and HR databases while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

 Coordinate with department heads and employees to address HR-related queries and provide timely support.

 Support the transition and implementation of HR processes into an online HRMS.

 Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for third-party vendor for employee loan and salary advance, coordinating employee queries, and vendor communication.

 Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, celebrations, and organizational events to foster a positive workplace culture.

Eligibility Criteria:

 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding and core HR operations.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.

 Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
