Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and hospital policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating hiring processes, maintaining HR records, managing payroll inputs and benefits administration in collaboration with finance, and supporting training and development initiatives for clinical and non-clinical staff. The role also involves handling grievance resolution, promoting a protected and inclusive workplace, and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the hospital’s mission and regulatory requirements.
This is a full-time,
on-site position located in Beawar, requiring close coordination with department heads and leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes for diverse hospital roles.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management practices.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, statutory compliance, and workplace safety regulations.
- Ability to manage HR documentation, personnel records, payroll inputs, and basic HRIS or HR software.
- Experience in organizing training, development programs, and engagement activities for staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
