Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with candidates and ensuring timely closures for open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, social media and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Negotiate salary and discuss job offers with selected candidates.
- Coordinate offer letter and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure candidates complete assessments and required documentation on time.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and timely closures.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
