Gurukulya is looking for an HR Intern who wants more than just a certificate. You’ll work directly with our team and get hands-on experience in hiring, people management, team coordination, and HR operations.
This is a 3-month Work From Home internship where you’ll be trusted with real responsibilities from day one.
? What You’ll Actually DoYou’ll be involved in the complete employee journey — from finding candidates to managing the team after they join.
- ? Source and screen candidates
- ? Communicate with applicants and conduct initial screening
- ? Coordinate interviews and hiring
- ? Handle onboarding and team coordination
- ? Manage and communicate with team members
- ? Track attendance, performance and daily activities
- ? Maintain payroll & commission records
- ? Maintain employee and HR data
- ? Prepare HR reports and spreadsheets
- ? Help improve our recruitment and team-management processes
? What We’re Looking ForYou don't need years of HR experience.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A college student, fresher,
or aspiring HR professional
- Confident in communicating with people
- Organized and valuable at following up
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel
- Responsible and willing to take ownership
- A quick learner who wants to understand how startups actually operate
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
