We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Fresher to join our team in Prayagraj.

Position: HR Executive / HR Intern

Location: MNNIT, Prayagraj

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Openings: Only 1 Position

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Search and screen candidates through various platforms
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and job opportunities
- Maintain recruitment databases and records
- Assist with onboarding and HR documentation
- Support the HR team in day-to-day activities

Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills




- Confident and proactive personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
