Role Description The Housekeeping Guest Service Associate is responsible for maintaining clean, protected, and well-presented guest rooms and public areas while delivering courteous and efficient service. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and tidying rooms and bathrooms, replenishing amenities and linens, and ensuring all housekeeping standards and hygiene protocols are followed. The role involves responding promptly to guest requests, handling basic guest queries related to housekeeping, and coordinating with the front office and maintenance teams to address any room issues.

The associate will also assist with room inspections, inventory of cleaning supplies,



and adherence to safety procedures. This is a full-time, on-site role located at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Bhiwadi in Haryana, India.

Qualifications

- Strong guest-focused skills, including Guest Services and Guest Service capabilities to ensure a positive and comfortable stay experience.
- Customer Service experience, with the ability to handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Basic understanding of Reservations processes to coordinate room readiness and support seamless guest check-in and check-out.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to understand guest needs and coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Prior experience in housekeeping, hotel operations, or hospitality is preferred; training in hospitality or housekeeping procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required for housekeeping tasks, and to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Basic proficiency in local language and functional English to interact with guests and colleagues.
