ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team and take ownership of key HR functions, from recruitment to daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is genuinely passionate about HR and wants to build a wellrounded career in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Handle day-to-day HR operations.




- Maintain and update HR data, records, and trackers.
- Plan and support employee engagement activities and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

- Genuine passion for Human Resources — a real interest in and understanding of what HR Management involves, not just familiarity with the term.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
- Positive, energetic attitude with a proactive approach to work.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Quick learner who adapts easily to new tools, processes, and situations.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through responsibly.
- MBA preferred; candidates with a bachelor's degree will also be considered.
