We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Hospital Partnership & Business Development Executive to build and strengthen relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers. The role involves developing strategic hospital partnerships to support global patients seeking medical treatment in India.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and establish partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and medical institutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital management and key decision-makers.

Explore new business opportunities and expand MedSaral’s hospital network.

Coordinate with hospitals for international patient treatment requirements.

Negotiate partnership terms, commercial arrangements, and service agreements.

Conduct meetings and presentations with hospitals and healthcare partners.

Understand hospital services, specialties, packages, and treatment capabilities.

Coordinate internally with the medical, operations, and business development teams.

Maintain records of hospital partnerships, leads, discussions, and follow-ups.

Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.

Travel for hospital meetings, networking,



and partnership development as required.

Support the company in achieving partnership and business development targets.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in hospital, healthcare, or healthcare business development.

MBA/PG in Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, Business Development, or a relevant healthcare graduate with appropriate experience.

Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Good understanding of the healthcare/hospital ecosystem.

Ability to develop professional relationships with hospital decision-makers.

English, Hindi, and Gujarati communication skills preferred.

Willingness to travel for business meetings.

Strong follow-up, presentation, and coordination skills.
