NThe ideal candidate should have solid experience in real estate sales, business development, client acquisition, lead conversion, and team coordination. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.

- Generate and convert leads into successful sales.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, channel partners, and other stakeholders.

- Handle site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.

- Maintain a strong understanding of local real estate market trends and customer requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

- Manage and expand the network of channel partners and brokers.

- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

- Identify market opportunities and recommend strategies for business growth.

nCandidate Profile
N4+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Property Sales / Business Development
NStrong communication and negotiation skills
NProven track record of achieving sales targets
NStrong client-handling and relationship-management skills
NGood knowledge of the Haryana/NCR real estate market will be an advantage
NAbility to work independently and manage business development activities
NStrong leadership, networking, and decision-making skills
