Responsibilities:
Job Timing: 2PM to 9PM
Calling patients, explaining them about services Asha Neuromodulation clinic provides, Answering patient queries.
Acquire valuable knowledge on services provided by Asha Neuromodulation clinic (ANC) during training period to address questions during the calls to answer patient queries.
Setting up face-to-face appointments between patients and doctors
Managing doctor schedules
Updating and maintaining the data of calls and patients you interacted with
Customer Relationship Management.
Working closely with the Receptionists, Doctors and Marketing teams and updating them about the patient interactions
Submitting daily call and patient report to the respective managers
Managing Online Appointments for doctors




Follow up on marketing leads
Involves both inbound and outbond calling
Proviing chat support through whatsapp chatbot to patients

Skills:
Excellent English, Hindi and Telugu communication skills
Completion of Graduation or Diploma
Analytical and Problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
