Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Prepare US Partnership Tax Returns (Form 1065)
Prepare Schedule K-1 and assist in Schedule K-3 (international reporting)
Maintain capital accounts (tax and book basis)
Assist in complex allocations, including waterfall and special allocations
Support carried interest calculations
Ensure compliance with Section 704(b) and 704(c) regulations
Analyze and classify income as ECI vs FDAP
Assist in withholding calculations for foreign investors (Sections 1446(a) & 1446(f))
Work on multi-tier fund structures (fund of funds, feeder funds, blocker entities)
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate filings

Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in US Partnership Taxation (Form 1065)
Exposure to Private Equity / Hedge Funds
Positive understanding of:
Partnership taxation concepts
Capital account maintenance
US tax compliance basics





Tools & Software Expertise
Experience with GoSystems / CCH Axcess / ProSystem fx
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables required; Macros preferred)
Exposure to fund accounting tools like Investran / eFront (preferred)
