Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver physics lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum for Middle School
Explain physics concepts clearly using age-appropriate teaching methods and real-world examples
Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations while ensuring safety standards
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments
Evaluate and grade students’ classwork, homework, tests, and projects
Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents
Encourage critical thinking, inquiry, and scientific reasoning
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning setting
Integrate technology and visual aids to enhance learning
Participate in staff meetings, career development programs, and school activities
Collaborate with other teachers and contribute to curriculum planning

Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in Physics or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
B.Ed. or relevant teaching certification
Prior experience teaching middle school is an advantage

Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to engage and motivate students
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety protocols
Basic proficiency in educational technology and digital tools
Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
