Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller who can handle inbound and outbound calls, guide students about our courses, and convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Calling & Lead Handling
Make outbound calls to interested leads
Handle inbound enquiries professionally
Follow up with leads on a daily basis

Student Counselling (Basic Level)
Explain courses, fees, and career prospects
Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses
Schedule demo sessions / campus visits

Lead Management
Maintain lead data in CRM / Excel
Update call status, follow-ups, and conversions
Ensure proper tracking of each lead

Coordination
Coordinate with counselling and admission team
Ensure smooth handover of interested students

Required Skills:
Valuable communication skills (Hindi + English)
Confident speaking and convincing ability




Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling tools)
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
No strict qualification required (skills matter most)

Performance Expectations (KPIs)
Daily calling targets
Number of follow-ups completed
Demo bookings / walk-ins generated
Conversion to admissions
