Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the FoSCoS portal and resolve related queries efficiently
Ensure compliance with food packaging and labelling regulations
Coordinate food testing with laboratories and maintain proper documentation
Assist in internal and external audits
Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure implementation
Eligibility Criteria:
6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in FSSAI licensing (mandatory)
Educational background in Food Technology, Microbiology, Nutrition, or Life Sciences
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and documentation
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Salary:
₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
