Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Engineering related field, or equivalent practical experience with a proven track record in technical roles
Expertise in Board Support Package, designing and developing drivers for wired and wireless networking interfaces, storage device drivers, power management, DVFS, thermal management, etc.
Significant experience in Unix internals and embedded development experience using C, C++ and assembly language
Some experience in a technical leadership role; supervising strategic projects as an individual contributor
Architectural design experience on QNX OS or its components or experience with Linux or other POSIX based OS (Kernel Development)
Expertise in embedded systems on major processor architectures (ARM, x86, PPC, etc.)




Hands on experience in the development of software following either safety standards (ISO26262, IEC61508 etc.) or MIL standards would be a standout skill.
Expertise in resolving and debugging (by instrumentation, trace logging, core-analysis, applying various tools to extract information, code-reviews, JTAG, etc.) to come up with effective solution in complex business situations.
Experience with all the aspects of contemporary DevOps based development and practices, such as automated deployment, test coverage / test frameworks, CI/CD, etc.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills to work with a diverse, global set of internal and external collaborators.
