Job Title: Salesforce FSC Architect - Corporate Wealth & Business Banking

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architecture design and implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions for Corporate Wealth and Business Banking.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Design B2B banking workflows including client onboarding, relationship management, lending, and portfolio management.
Provide architectural guidance across integrations, data models, and security frameworks.
Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, governance, and compliance standards.
Lead solution design workshops, client discussions, and technical reviews in an onsite workplace.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, admins, and business analysts.
Define and implement integration strategies with external banking systems (core banking, payment systems, etc.).
Drive performance optimization,



scalability, and system reliability.
Mentor team members and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for banking domain solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce architecture roles:
Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC):
Deep domain expertise in:
Corporate Wealth Management
Business Banking (B2B)
Strong understanding of banking processes:
Client onboarding
KYC/AML
Lending lifecycle
Portfolio & relationship management
Experience in designing enterprise-level Salesforce architectures:
Solid knowledge of:
Apex, LWC, Integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
Data modeling and governance
Security & compliance frameworks
Experience with system integrations (middleware, APIs, ETL tools)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience in onsite/client-facing roles
