Accounting Data Entry in Tally:
Assist in recording daily financial transactions such as sales invoices, purchase entries, travel bookings, vendor payments, and expense records in Tally to maintain accurate accounts.
Invoice & Billing Management:
Help prepare and manage invoices for holiday packages, travel services, event bookings, and fleet rentals while ensuring proper documentation and billing accuracy.
Expense Tracking & Reconciliation:
Maintain records of company expenses related to travel bookings, hotel payments, vendor services, and operational costs while assisting in bank and ledger reconciliation.
Vendor & Partner Payment Coordination:
Support the accounts team in tracking payments to hotels, transport providers, and event vendors and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
Financial Record Maintenance:
Organize and update financial documents such as bills, receipts, payment proofs, and accounting records to maintain proper financial documentation.
GST & Compliance Assistance:
Assist in maintaining GST records, verifying tax-related entries,



and supporting the team in preparing documents required for compliance and financial reporting.
MIS & Financial Reporting:
Prepare basic financial reports, summaries, and MIS reports using MS Excel to help management track revenue, expenses, and profitability of travel packages or events.
Support in Audits & Financial Checks:
Assist in verifying financial data and preparing documents required for internal checks, audits, or monthly financial reviews.
Coordination with Sales & Operations Team:
Work closely with the travel and sales teams to verify booking details, payments received, and pending invoices.
Process Improvement Support:
Help streamline accounting and financial tracking processes to improve efficiency in managing travel and event-related finances.

Stipend & Internship Terms:
Internship Duration: 90 working days.
Total Stipend: INR 20,000 for the complete 90 working days.
