Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, guest rooms, and laundry machinery to minimize downtime.
Repairs: Fix plumbing issues (leaks, toilets), electrical faults (lighting, outlets), carpentry, and drywall repairs.
Guest Service: Respond promptly to guest and staff requests for maintenance in rooms or public areas with a qualified attitude.
Safety & Compliance: Monitor safety systems (fire alarms, security) and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Facility Upkeep: Maintain the exterior, including lighting, parking lots, and, if applicable, swimming pools and landscaping.
Documentation & Inventory: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance logs, and manage inventory of tools and supplies
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
