Job Title: Import Export Executive
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Salary: 3 to 5 LPA
Location: Indore

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end import and export processes for shipments
Prepare and verify all shipping and customs documentation
Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents), freight forwarders, and transporters
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
Handle import/export documentation such as invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.
Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies when required
Maintain records and MIS reports related to logistics and shipments
Resolve issues related to shipment delays, customs clearance, or documentation

Required Skills:
Experience working with CHA and freight forwarders




Solid knowledge of import/export documentation
Good understanding of international shipping procedures
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation tools
Strong coordination and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, or related field
Experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG industry is an advantage

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
