Ashirwad Exim Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly hands-on Factory Operations & Production Manager to manage end-to-end production planning and factory execution.

This role is primarily factory-floor driven and requires solid coordination between merchandising, printing, embroidery, cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth production flow and on-time shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end factory operations from fabric inward to final dispatch
Plan and prioritize production department-wise based on shipment timelines and material availability
Coordinate daily with printing, embroidery, cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and dispatch departments
Work closely with merchandising teams to align production priorities and dispatch schedules
Monitor factory floor operations, line efficiencies,



manpower allocation, and daily production targets
Manage supervisors, line masters, and departmental teams across the factory
Identify production bottlenecks and resolve operational issues proactively
Ensure smooth movement of fabrics, panels, trims, and accessories between departments
Improve factory planning, workflow management, and operational efficiencies
Maintain production tracking systems and daily reporting
Ensure dispatch timelines and quality standards are achieved consistently

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of production management experience
Experience in apparel, home têxtiles, baby products, soft toys, or export manufacturing preferred
Strong understanding of factory planning and floor management
Hands-on management style with robust worker handling capabilities
Ability to manage multiple departments and processes simultaneously
