We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Education Tele caller cum Educational Counsellor who can handle student inquiries, guide them about courses, and convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with students/leads from various sources
Understand students’ academic background and career goals
Guide them in choosing the right course/program
Explain course details, fees structure, and perks clearly
Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions
Achieve admission targets and monthly goals
Build strong relationships with students and parents
Schedule counselling sessions (online/offline)

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English):




Strong convincing and counselling ability:
Basic knowledge of education/courses (Commerce, UG, PG, ACCA, etc.):
Positive phone etiquette and confidence:
Ability to handle objections and close admissions
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, calling tools)

Qualifications:
Graduate (B.Com / BBA / any stream preferred)
Experience in telecalling / counselling / sales is a plus
Freshers with valuable communication can also apply

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
