Salesforce Administrator:
Your responsibilities




Understand requirements and develop solution proposals in cooperation with the team and stakeholders.
Investigate and diagnose problems related to the platform to find workarounds and eliminate root cause.
Perform essential administrative functions, including user management, modifying Lightning apps, page layouts, creating reports and dashboards, custom fields, and routine tasks.
Participation in the team for the Salesforce platform setting
Assist in training new users and expanding Salesforce skills across the organization.
Maintain documentation of current and recent platform adjustments
Conduct regular internal platform audits and prepare for upgrades.
Maintaining user accounts, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Acts on developing necessary CRM skills.
Acts on maintaining global CRM solution.
Acts on further development of global CRM solution
Acts on global support processes
