Ria's Creamery, a growing ice cream manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced and energetic Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence and increase product sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail stores, supermarkets, distributors, and wholesalers to promote and sell company products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
Coordinate with distributors for product availability and timely delivery.




Ensure proper product visibility and branding at customer locations.
Submit daily sales reports and field visit updates.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Field Sales (FMCG/Food & Beverage industry preferred).
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of the Chennai market.
Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
Basic computer and reporting skills.
