is a growing stock broking and financial services firm focused on delivering excellent investment solutions and customer support. We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and daily HR operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Post job openings on portals and social media platforms
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate with departments for hiring requirements
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data
Support employee engagement activities and office culture
Assist in performance management and training coordination
Ensure smooth HR operations and compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and HR portals
Positive attitude and team coordination skills
Experience in financial services or stock broking is a plus
