We are looking for a Counsellor Monitoring & Digital Support Intern who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with digital tools. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in grassroots work and wants hands-on exposure to monitoring activities while supporting digital data collection and communication.

Key Responsibilities
Call families in sehore for feedback
Explore AI videos to ensure QA for Saarthi team and Anganwadi workers
Support monitoring activities by collecting, organizing, and updating field data
Assist in creating and managing Google Forms and Google Sheets:
Communicate clearly and empathetically with field teams and beneficiaries (Hindi is essential)
Support coordination between field teams and the central team
Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports

Qualification:Psychology background with interest in technology





Required Skills:
Explicit, empathetic, and respectful communication skills
Fluency in Hindi (mandatory)
Basic digital skills, including:
Google Forms
Google Sheets
Basic familiarity with AI tools (training/support can be provided)
Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
Prior experience is not mandatory:
Rural field exposure or interest in community-based work is preferred
