We are hiring a Site Engineer for our recent project based in Manali, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers for smooth execution of work
Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager regularly
Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations
Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, material usage, and manpower logs
Identify and resolve technical issues on site promptly
Assist in quantity estimation and material procurement planning
Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities as required





Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in site execution at construction or infrastructure projects
Proficiency in reading and interpreting civil/structural drawings
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control
Valuable communication and team coordination skills

Benefits:
Salary: INR 20,000 to 25,000 per month
