Education - ITI or Diploma Electrical

Reports To: Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Head

Key Responsibilities:1. Breakdown Maintenance
Attend and assist in machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
Coordinate with production team for quick resolution.
Maintain breakdown records and corrective action reports.
Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Assist in implementing preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure timely completion of maintenance checklists.
Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities.




Support condition monitoring activities.
ISO Documentation & Compliance
Maintain maintenance-related documents as per ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Prepare and update SOPs, work instructions, and maintenance records.
Ensure proper documentation of breakdown reports, PM records, and calibration records.
Support internal and external ISO audits.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
