Overview:
Your role:
User Research & Strategy_
Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and competitor analysis.
Translate research insights into experience maps, personas, and journey maps.
Understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints to shape design strategy.
Interaction & Visual Design_
Create wireframes, low/high‑fidelity prototypes, user flows, and interaction models.
Develop pixel‑perfect UI designs aligned with brand and accessibility guidelines.
Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries.
Collaboration & Communication_
Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Product Managers, Developers, QA, Marketing).
Present design concepts, rationales, and prototypes to stakeholders.
Collaborate through agile processes, participate in grooming, sprints, and design reviews.
Execution & Delivery_
Deliver production‑ready design assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects optional).
Ensure designs meet usability standards and accessibility (WCAG)

Support developers during implementation and perform design QA.

About you:
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
5+ years of hands‑on UX/UI design experience in digital products (web & mobile).
Expert‑level proficiency in Figma; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Robust understanding of user‑centered design, design thinking, and UX research methods.
Ability to create visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive interfaces.
Experience with prototyping, user testing, and iterative design.
Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and up-to-date UI patterns.
Solid portfolio showcasing real‑world UX projects, processes, and outcomes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of front‑end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
