Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, payments, or feedback.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Positive verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers.
Robust listening and problem-solving skills.
Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
