About Us

Studio Sabi is a premium photography and video production studio based in Delhi, working with fashion brands, designers, ad agencies, corporates, and e-commerce clients. We are looking for a motivated and organized Client Coordinator / Sales Executive to manage incoming leads and help convert them into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries quickly and professionally:
Understand client requirements (shoot type, date, budget, usage)
Share studio portfolio, basic pitch, and information with clients
Schedule calls/meetings between clients and the Creative Director
Regular follow-ups with potential clients
Maintain and update lead records in Excel / Google Sheets




Coordinate internally with the editing and production team after project confirmation

Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Confident on phone calls and WhatsApp conversations
Organized and follow-up oriented
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client inquiries

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
Experience in sales, client handling, or service industry
Basic understanding of photography, fashion, or creative agencies
Experience handling Instagram DMs or business WhatsApp
