Job Summary:
We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to handle front-end sales, assist customers, and ensure a smooth service experience at the counter.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
Handle counter sales and billing transactions
Provide product/service information and recommend options
Maintain display, cleanliness, and stock at the counter
Coordinate with kitchen/store team for order fulfillment
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently
Upsell products and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience (Hospitality/Retail preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems
Presentable and customer-oriented approach
Ability to work in shifts
