We are looking for a CA Article Assistant with a keen interest in MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) compliance and ROC filings. The role offers practical exposure to corporate law, compliance, accounting, audit, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities: Core CA Article ship Work:
Assist in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Tax Audit:
Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) & GST Returns:
Handling TDS compliance and reconciliations:
Preparation of financial statements and reports

MCA / ROC Compliance Work:
Filing of ROC forms (AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, etc.)
Handling Company Incorporation (SPICe+, RUN, etc.):
Preparation of Board Resolutions and Minutes:
Maintaining statutory registers and records:
Ensuring compliance under the Companies Act, 2013:
Coordinating with clients for documentation and filings

Eligibility Criteria:
Pursuing CA (Intermediate/IPCC cleared):
Basic knowledge or exposure to MCA portal and ROC filings:




Understanding of corporate laws and compliance

Required Skills:
Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 (basic):
Familiarity with MCA portal filings:
Positive drafting and documentation skills
Solid attention to detail
MS Excel and MS Word proficiency

Preferred Skills:
Experience in company incorporation and ROC compliance:
Exposure to Secretarial work (added advantage)
