External Job Description:
Job Purpose

Business Responsibility Areas:
Evaluation of current processes/equipment for colourant processing. Scale-up of the same on the shop floor.
Benchmarking of competition colorants
Resolution of production issues on the shop floor by visiting plant.
Redressal of complaints within agreed timelines
will include analysis and correction.
Visit to DTS dealers to understand market trends and practices. Audit the DTS at dealers.

Key performance Indicators:
Creative zeal & Scientific rigor-Current colorant development and property enhancement/ cost optimization in existing products as agreed with marketing and SCRC.
Creative zeal & Scientific rigor -Support engineering and plant team on implementation of recent process/equipment.




Standing for each other-To map products in market benchmark our product quality.

Enable plant team to produce product confirming to stringent quality norms.

Role Requirements / Specifications

Qualifications

Preferably MSc (Chemistry) if not B. Tech (Paint Technology)

Previous Experience

1- 3 years’ experience in handling Product development teams and execution of projects independently

Functional Competencies

Should be conversant Paint formulations, Latest Market trends, Manufacturing process and standards referred.
