Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Interns to join our Event Planning & Artist Management team. This role offers hands-on exposure to luxury weddings and events, where you will assist in planning, coordination, and execution while also supporting artist and talent management.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in event planning and coordination for weddings and social events
Support in artist management, including coordination with artists, agencies, and vendors
Help in artist bookings, travel coordination, and hospitality arrangements:
Assist in vendor follow-ups and coordination:
Support in pre-event planning, on-ground execution, and post-event tasks:
Prepare basic presentations, documents, and coordination sheets:
Conduct research for themes, artists, and event concepts:
Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners




Pursuing or recently completed graduation (Events, Hospitality, Media, or related field preferred)
Strong interest in events, weddings, and artist/talent management:
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work in a rapid-paced and agile environment
Flexible to travel and work on event days (including weekends if required)
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
