Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Navi Mumbai. You will act as the Sales Control Towersupporting the sales team by ensuring strong coordination, timely proposals, clean CRM hygiene, disciplined follow-ups, and smooth collaboration with internal teams (Ops/Finance).

Your work will directly impact deal velocity,



customer experience, and the team’s ability to consistently meet monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Operations, and Finance
Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM: lead stages, notes, next actions, and follow-up schedules
Manage proposal/quotation coordination: collect inputs, track approvals, share final documents with clients
Coordinate meetings, site visits, client calls, and follow-ups to improve closure speed
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses, accurate communication, and qualified coordination
Prepare sales trackers and basic MIS reports (weekly pipeline, quotes sent, follow-ups due, closures status)
Maintain sales documentation: proposals, company profile, work orders, client communication trails
