Position: Electrical Welder / Fitter
Department: Electrical / Maintenance / Project
Reports To: Electrical Supervisor / Site Engineer

Job Summary

The Electrical Welder / Fitter is responsible for installation, fabrication, fitting, welding, and maintenance of electrical structures, cable trays, panels, supports, and related equipment ensuring safe and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities
Perform welding and fitting works related to electrical installations.
Fabrication and erection of cable trays, cable supports, brackets, and structures.
Installation and alignment of electrical panels, conduits, and equipment.
Carry out cutting, grinding, and welding as per drawing and site requirements.
Assist electricians during installation and maintenance activities.
Ensure proper grounding and structural safety standards.
Maintain tools, welding machines, and safety equipment.
Follow safety rules, PPE usage, and company procedures.




Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance work when required.
Read and understand basic electrical and fabrication drawings.

Skills & Requirements
Knowledge of arc welding / gas welding techniques.
Basic understanding of electrical installation work.
Ability to use fabrication tools and measuring instruments.
Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
Physically fit for site work.

Qualification
ITI / Technical Training in Welding, Fitter, or Electrical Trade preferred.
Relevant industry experience in electrical or construction projects.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
