The CEO shall be responsible for leading and supervising the Property Manager along with all technical, maintenance, security, housekeeping, horticulture, and support staff. All operational and maintenance teams shall report directly or indirectly to the CEO.

The role includes ensuring smooth functioning of all infrastructure and services including electrical systems, fire safety, elevators, water supply, DG sets, STP/WTP, security systems, and common area maintenance. The CEO will also supervise contractors and vendors, ensure adherence to SOPs, handle resident grievances, maintain discipline among staff, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

The CEO shall act as the single-point authority for operational matters and will be accountable to the RWA Managing Committee. Overall responsibility for the productive functioning, safety, upkeep, and administration of the property shall rest with the CEO.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 per year
