We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to generate leads through cold calling and to coordinate with real estate brokers for our co-working business, 1Excel. The role involves engaging prospective clients, maintaining broker relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to generate qualified leads
Follow up with prospective clients and schedule site visits
Coordinate and stay in regular touch with brokers and channel partners
Maintain lead data and follow-up records
Support the sales team in closing prospects

Requirements:
Positive communication and convincing skills
Prior experience in telecalling or lead generation preferred
Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of real estate or co-working spaces is an advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
