Sales Generation: Identify new business prospects and manage a pipeline from lead to close.
Client Relationship: Build and maintain relationships with HVAC consultants, architects, and contractors.
Technical Sales: Present, demonstrate, and recommend appropriate insulation products (e.g., HVAC, industrial panels).
Negotiation & Closing: Deliver quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
Reporting: Track sales activities, including calls, visits, and customer data in CRM.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on energy efficiency standards and product innovations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:



Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within HVAC, civil construction, or industrial materials.
Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Education: Typically a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or engineering (or equivalent experience).
Travel: Ability to conduct on-site visits and meet clients.

Common Job Requirements
Salary Range: Frequently offered with commission; roles may range from ₹9,000 to over ₹50,000+ per month depending on seniority and location.
