NRole Overview

nWe are looking for a Technical PMO to drive program governance, execution tracking, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence across technology initiatives.

NThis role is ideal for someone who understands technology projects and engineering processes and can work closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Business teams. The person will bring structure and visibility to complex programs, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and ensure initiatives are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.

NKey Responsibilities

nProgram & Project Governance

N

n
- Drive governance and execution tracking for multiple technology initiatives and strategic programs.
N
- Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
N
- Track progress against committed timelines and proactively highlight delays and deviations.
N
- Conduct regular programreviews and ensure action items are tracked to closure.
N
- Prepare program dashboards, MIS, status reports, and management updates.
N

nTechnical Program Coordination

N

n
- Work closely withEngineering, Product, Architecture, DevOps, Security, QA, and Infrastructure teams to drive execution.
N
- Understand technical dependencies, architecture-level discussions, release plans, and engineering milestones.
N
- Track major technology deliverables including platform upgrades, application releases, migrations, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
N
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and unblock critical deliverables.
N




- Translate complex technical updates into clear business and leadership-level communication.
N

nRisk, Issue & Dependency Management

N

n
- Identify program risks, issues, bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies proactively.
N
- Maintain RAID logs and ensure timely mitigation and closure of risks and issues.
N
- Escalate critical riskswith appropriate context, impact, and recommended actions.
N
- Drive resolution of dependencies across multiple technology teams.
N

nStakeholder Management

N

- Partner with senior engineering and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
N
- Facilitate program governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder connects.
N
- Ensure clear communication of program status, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
N
- Follow up with stakeholders to drive accountability and closure.
N

nProcess & DeliveryExcellence

- Define and improve technology program management processes, frameworks, and governance mechanisms.
N
- Establish standard reporting and tracking mechanisms across programs.
N
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery predictability, transparency, and operational efficiency.
N
- Support leadership withdata-driven insights on program health, execution, and delivery performance.
N

nRequired Skills & Experience

N

n
- 3–7 years of experience in Technical PMO, Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Technology Operations.
N
- Strong understanding ofsoftware development and technology delivery lifecycles.
N
- Experience working withEngineering and cross-functional technology teams.
N




- Strong program/project planning, tracking, and governance skills.
N
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and delivery timelines.
N
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
N
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
N
- Ability to create effective dashboards, MIS, and executive-level program reports.
N
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
N
- Experience with project/program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.

- Experience working in FinTech, Payments, Banking, SaaS, or high-growth technology organizations.

- Understanding of Cloud,APIs, Microservices, Data Platforms, DevOps, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Architecture.

- Experience working withAgile/Scrum teams.

- Exposure to technology transformation, platform modernization, cloud migration, or large-scale integrations.

- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, or similar certifications would be an advantage.
