NWhat You'll Be Doing

- Lead High-Impact Presales: Own end-to-end solution design for enterprise AI, Agentic AI, RPA, and IDP engagements across manufacturing, BFSI, pharma, and more.

- Be the Trusted Advisor: Run discovery workshops, design winning architectures, and present CIO/CXO-grade pitch decks that command the room.Product Strategy & GTM: Shape product messaging, define industry-specific use cases, and align the product roadmap with emerging market demands.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the vital link between customers, sales, product development, and delivery teams, translating frontline feedback into product adoption and business scale.

- Champion Avagama: Drive product differentiation against hyperscalers and global SIs, turning our platform into the default choice for 40%+ of new proposals.

- Shape GTM & Strategy: Build reusable accelerators, partner closely with ecosystem giants (SAP, GCP, UiPath, Microsoft), and feed frontline insights straight into the product roadmap.

nWhat We're LookingFor

- 8+ years in enterprise technology presales, solution consulting, or technical sales within AI/automation.
N
- Proven expertise in presales, solution consulting, or product management within the AI, enterprise automation, or process intelligence space.
N
- Hands-on expertise in at least two areas: RPA, AI/ML, IDP, or process mining.
N
- Strong commercial savvywith a track record of winning mid-to-large deals (₹50L–₹5Cr+).

- Familiarity with SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, BTP) is a strong plus!

- Robust technical acumencombined with a sharp business mind to turn complex client challenges into winning AI opportunities.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of engaging senior stakeholders and driving deal closures.
