Key Responsibilities:
Complete management of Hospital Billing Operations including OPD, IPD and Cash Billing
Handling and coordination of all Government & PSU Panels
Expertise in ECHS, CGHS, PMJAY Ayushman Bharat and Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Health Scheme billing processes
Management of all major TPA and Cashless Insurance claims
Monitoring billing accuracy, revenue cycle management and claim settlements
Preparation and analysis of daily, monthly and management MIS reports
Coordination with clinical, finance and insurance departments for smooth operations
Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, statutory guidelines and audit requirements
Key Requirements:
Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant hospital billing experience
Robust knowledge of healthcare billing systems and package management
Experience in handling Government schemes, TPAs and corporate billing
Excellent analytical, communication and team management skills
Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and MIS reporting
Ability to work in a quick-paced corporate healthcare environment
