Team Leader (Sales/Retention/Collections)

Key Requirements
Team Leader experience in Sales, Retention, or Collections (mandatory)
Excellent communication skills — verbal and written
Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively

Team Leader: 1 year (preferred)

Retention Collections: 3 years (preferred)
Telecom, Utility, sales into Collections: 3 years (preferred)
International voice process in collections : 3 years (preferred)

Shift availability:
Night Shift (preferred)
